This tapa is named after the barbed darts used during a bullfight. To prepare it, you will basically have to skewer different ingredientsonto a toothpick. The trick is to use good quality Spanish ingredients and arrange with a nice and colorful presentation. We use pickle, onion, olive and anchovies, but you can choose the ingredients that you wish.
